I don't just oversee your workout, simply counting reps or trying to act like a drill sergeant. I teach you how to be a more fit person generally. All while listening to your needs and feedback, identifying and guiding your evolving goals while providing motivation and expertise in an easy to understand way so your development continues unhindered.
Each session is specifically planned (no one workout for everyone), relating to the other sessions that week or month, which all correspond to the near and long term goals of your unique program. My approach strengthens the body while increasing mobility safely correcting injuries or imbalances with lifelong improvement in mind. Your program is constantly evolving, allowing for adaptation, and fine tuning, as you progress.
Senior Fitness Training
Exercise plays an important role in how we age and how to stay healthy during our senior years, As we age Physical exercise has many benefits including lowering tension, managing stress, controlling cholesterol, reducing the chance of injury and minimizing the effects of countless chronic conditions. I focus on building a program based on functional strength training, balance, stretching and cardiovascular activities .

About Me
I am Francis House Born and raised in the Beautiful SWFL area. I have been involved with fitness since I was 17, in high school I wrestled competitively and that drove me to want a better body so I could be Physically stronger. After high school the gym became a part of my everyday life. I listened to everyone's experiences and lifting techniques in the gym and I applied it in my own workouts, through trial and error and a lot of reading and studying I learned what worked for my body anatomically. By the time I reached 28 I knew fitness was my passion, I started seeking out body building shows and decided I wanted to get on that stage and take my physique to the next level so I became a fitness competitor, I have done well and placed 1st in a few shows, I know one day I'll go after that pro card my desire and passion still burns for it. I have went on to get my personal training certifications because as much as I love working out I really love helping people achieve their own fitness goals. And that brings me here today Where I want to empower and touch everyone I meet with the knowledge I have attained to help you reach your own body goals. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey from Beginner to the more physically advanced I want to help you become the best version of yourself.

We’re going to pump you up! Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.
